250g Minced Beef
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp peanut oil
1 tsp ginger root
1 tsp corn flour
Some Wonton wrappers (see http://recipeguy.co.uk?p=38)

1. Mix it all up, let it rest for at least 10 minutes

2. Stuff the wonton

3. Steam for 10 minutes
