Sage Pesto
1 1/2 slack handfulls of sage leaves
250ml of good quality olive oil
2 tablespoonfuls grated lemon zest
2 tablespoonfuls crushed palm nuts
1/2 teaspoon honey
Pinch of salt
Chuck it all in bowl, blend and refridgerate…easy peasy!
