Super Easy
- 1 tin (400g) chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 celery stick
- 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and black pepper
Put it all in a food processor and whizz it up! I saw a recipe that suggested using nori – I’ll give this a go next time.
