Skirlie Recipe
We’re having a Scottish evening and what better accompaniment than this quick, easy and tasty Skirlie recipe. Skirlie is a traditional Scottish oat-based dish (also called Scottish Stuffing) which is often eaten with Turkey at Christmas. This is my first attempt at a skirlie recipe so hopefully it’ll work out!!
Ingredients for Skirlie Recipe
- 1 diced onion
- 50g beef dripping
- 175g oats

I also found a great video which shows you how to make skirlie, it also has a great scottish music track on it too!
