• 1 block tofu (half silken, half firm if you have it – otherwise whatever)
  • 4 tbsp plant milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp black salt, paprika
  • 1/2 tsp saffron or turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder
  • 1 tsp taragon
  1. make up the slurry with all ingredients apart from the tofu
  2. Break up tofu
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
  4. fry tofu for a couple of minutes then add the slurry
  5. cook until you have a consistency that you like
  6. Add salt and pepper (to taste) and serve
