This mushroom bahji recipe is quick easy and low carb (so suitable for atkins). You can put this together and get it to the table in about 15-20 minutes so perfect for lunch!
Ingredients for Mushroom Bahji Recipe
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 green chilli (adjust to taste)
- 250g mushrooms (sliced)
- Knob of butter (or ghee if you’ve got it)
Method for mushroom Bahji Recipe
- Heat the butter in a pan and saute the onions until soft
- Add everything else and cook on a medium heat for about 10 minutes stirring ocasionally
