It’s a quick easy way to spark up pork chops – just grill the chops for 7 mins each side, cover with the sauce and bake for 45mins at 180 degrees. - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tsps tomato puree
- 1 beef stock cube
- 280 ml (1/2 pint) water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
- Fry onions until brown
- Add stock cube, tomato puree, sugar and mustard then mix well
- Slowly add the water and bring to the boil
- Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
