Ingredients (Per Wrap)
- 50g self raising flour
- 1 tbsp yogurt/ vegan yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix everything in a bowl. Use your fingers to bring it together
- Knead for a minute or two
- Flour a surface and a rolling pin. Roll out your flatbread (make it as think as you like)
- Heat a frying pan over medium high heat
- place your flatbread in the pan and heat for 1.5 minutes or until see the surface bubbling
- Turn and heat for 30second to a minute.
