Ingredients (Per Wrap)

  • 50g self raising flour
  • 1 tbsp yogurt/ vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix everything in a bowl. Use your fingers to bring it together
  2. Knead for a minute or two
  3. Flour a surface and a rolling pin. Roll out your flatbread (make it as think as you like)
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat
  5. place your flatbread in the pan and heat for 1.5 minutes or until see the surface bubbling
  6. Turn and heat for 30second to a minute.
