- 2 cups cauliflower chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups cashews raw
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Nooch
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
1. Soak the cashews (15min in boiling water or 4 hours in cold water)
2. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
*Tip – when blending soup start and the lowest speed and work your way up.
